What data we process
This website has no forms that send data to our server. The quote questionnaire only prepares a message on your device and opens it in WhatsApp: if you choose to send it, we receive what you have written (type of event, number of guests, style, food, area, date, name and comments) together with your phone number. We also process any data you give us by phone, email or in person.
What we use it for
To respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate or proposal and, if you book us, organise the event and manage the business relationship.
Legal basis
The consent you give when you contact us and, if you book, the performance of the contract or of the pre-contractual steps you request (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation). Where applicable, also compliance with legal obligations such as tax obligations (Article 6.1.c).
How long we keep it
While we handle your enquiry and, if you don't book, for a maximum of twelve months. If you book, for the duration of the business relationship and any period required by law.
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law or needed for your event (for example, with a venue or supplier you have approved), and we will always tell you first. WhatsApp conversations are also governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), which may involve international data transfers covered by the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or request its restriction or portability, by writing to the email or phone number above. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, and the website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
