02The studio
Bloom brings together two trades that usually work apart: wedding and event planning, and the kitchen. Combining them avoids what guests notice most at a celebration: a menu, a venue and a schedule that feel like they come from three different companies.
We are based in Altea and work in country estates, villas, restaurants and private homes across the Marina Baixa and Marina Alta. Each event is led by one person from start to finish, and that same person is there on the day.
03Services
We find the venue, design the setting, choose and coordinate suppliers and run the timeline of the day, from the guests' arrival to the very end.
Produce from the Marina, the fish market and local farms. Cocktail, seated menu or live stations, also for events we don't plan ourselves.
04How we work
Tell us your idea, the approximate date and the number of guests. By WhatsApp, phone or over a coffee in Altea.
We send you a proposal covering venue, look and menu, with a fully itemised quote.
You taste the menu, we visit the venue together and confirm suppliers, timings and layout.
Your coordinator is there from set-up to clear-down. All you have to do is arrive.
05Where we work
We are based in Altea and know its estates among almond and olive trees, the villas overlooking the bay, the old town terraces and the local coves. We know what each venue allows, and what it doesn't.
Is your event somewhere else? We also work across the rest of the Costa Blanca and beyond: Moraira, Jávea, Dénia, Alicante… Just ask.
For weddings between May and October we recommend booking nine to twelve months ahead. For small celebrations and corporate events a few weeks can be enough: ask us about your date.
Yes. We also cook for events planned by another company or by the client, and we coordinate with the other suppliers.
Always. We prepare gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options and work from each guest's allergy list, so nobody has to ask at the table.
Yes. We are based in Altea and most of our events are in the Marina Baixa and Marina Alta, but we organise celebrations across the Costa Blanca and beyond depending on the date and size of the event.
